Airtel Xstream or Tatasky Binge+

Dear friends, Need help to choose which to buy, xstream or Binge+
1. To be used in kerala
2. Need 5.1, with Optical out audio.
3. No Airtel Sim/Broadband/DTH
4. Monthly average recharge will be 250 rs
5. Need Youtube, Netflix, Prime, Hotstar, Chromecast
6. Don't know about cost, I think both 3,999
7. Non-smart hd ready tv, support upto 1080p video.
8. Internet is from mobile hotspot

Xstreme STB holds lot of issues,dolby audio issues and HDR issues ,so go for binge +
