Arnab has got the whole infrastructure ready in four months and has 300 people join in. He calls Republic TV as “a pro-people organisation” which will be “fiercely independent”. The channel is expected to launch in 4-5 weeks.

Arnab served legal notice restraining from using the phrase “NATION WANTS TO KNOW”
The ace News Man Arnab Goswami, who floated Independent Media Group ARG OUTLIER MEDIA and gearing up for the launch of the much anticipated English News Channel Republic TV has openly publicized that he was served with a legal notice from a leading Media Group that warns him against using a popular phrase that Arnab Goswami is known using very frequently in all his fierce debates.
In an open speech addressing the viewers, Arnab has said that the Six Page Legal Notice has threatened him of severe consequences if he uses the word “NATION WANTS TO KNOW”
In fact the Legal notice threatened him of putting behind bars if he uses the phrase as the Media Group claims that they own the phrase “Nation Wants To Know”
However, Aranb went on to reply them through all possible public forums stating that the treat of imprisonment won’t deter him. He encouraged them to spend bags of money and hire the high profile lawyers to arrest him.

“It was just a Standard Caution Notice…” clarifies Times Network
In a bid to clarify the issue related to restraining ArnabGoswami from using his trademark phrase “NATION WANTS TO KNOW….”, Times Network has came out with an explanation that It was Just a Standard Caution Notice, thus lowering the intensity of the issue which was the talk of the industry yesterday after Arnab went openly in many Public and Social Media platforms voicing his dissent against the Caution Notice (Presumably a Legal Notice according Mr ArnabGoswamni)
Responding Exclusively to tvnews4u.com, the spokesperson of Times Network, on serving a standard caution notice to MrArnabGoswami’s latest venture ARG Outliers stated that it was a Standard procedure followed in the regular industry practice in order to protect the business interest of any Media Network.
He also revealed that ARG Outlier also has filed for the trademark registration of similar phrases with the competent authorities where Times Network has also filed for and extensively being used.
