Very strange logic. Zee Punjabi and Big Ganga are not pulling away viewers from Zee TV. Zee TV’s ratings slump is its own fault. On the contrary, both Big Ganga and Zee Punjabi (as well as Zee Sarthak) are beneficial to the respective markets.
But if this regional channel does well programming then hindi channel then may be slowly the viewers will move towards regional channels then going to the main hindi channels.
Why exactly do you want hindi channels to win in non-hindi states? Let Gujarathi, Marathi, Punjabi, etc audience get their own channels and don't force them towards hindi.
First you Tell me when did I said that their should be no regional channels, I have only said that because of lack of channels in North Indian TV market people move towards Hindi channels and I myself want People to get channels in their language but they should not be forced to watch hindi channels. I think You Don't know about Marathi tv market their are already many channels and many are going to launch it will be better if you say Gujarati and Punjabi only.

, anyways I want North Indian people to get their channels but it's quite difficult as because the hindi tv channels viewership is more then their language. In Marathi there are channels from all big Networks only local networks are absent here which may be there in future so you no need to care about Marathi.

if already their are channels from all big networks and many channels are going to launch in future then what's the need to say Marathi region people needs channel, it should only be applicable for Gujarati, Rajasthani, Punjabi, etc.
Star Maa Music is No.1 Music channel and now they should do some changes in their Logo after their success it should be more attractive this may attract viewers to the channel.
