Can you please let me know is there any lag in operation of the box? I have read so many reviews in amazon that it lags,crashes,takes a long time to start or to switch channels. I am planning to buy it on September 1st. Please let me know about your experience so far.

No we can't use WhatsApp and all,only Few apps that were specially designed for Android TV only available.Many apps won't be available.
