Can I Play SD Channels On Tata Sky HD Receiver

Hi,
I am going to buy tata sky hd , my tv doesnt support HD resolution i think , its old BPL Color Tv...
But I want to buy Tata Sky HD , So Can I play SD Channels using my HD Receiver ..
Will it play on my tv ??

I am buying hd receiver bcos in case if I buy hd tv in future , it will be helpful..

Yes, if you dont subscribe hd access then watch only sd channels. its not mandetory to pay hd access.

actually I hav Lg dvd player with pen drive access , wenevr i play Hd 720P videos , Only audio is played on blank screen...
dont knw its my tv problem or Lg dvd player ...
If I play SD Channels on my tv via tata sky , then will the screen resolution be 1080i ??
or Normal SD resoultion ?

bro I think it will be Normal SD resolution only :k

With AV cable connection, you will only get SD resolution even for HD channels. Since the TV does not support HD, it will not be able to display 1080i.

Think nothing of it. Reception, PQ and AQ are one of the best in the DTH industry while software is THE best. There can be rain interruptions, but that is common for all DTH.
