Cant find channel topups in website

@iphifi im getting channel topup renewed messages on registered number , im on free topups now so why am i still getting these message ? [ i subscribed to sonic & ngc topups because airtel didnt add in alacarte ,  on 26th airtel changed it to free topups  .today is 29th now im receiving these messages ].

i dont keep track of account balance so how to check if money got deducted ?

even i get it bro. I changed my pack to Infinity pack yesterday.
nd today is due date of my old pack. Morning i got msg Diamond Pack 180 will be renewed and will start 9.2 DBR for base pack from 30th.
Nothing to worry their back-end is not uptodate.
