Yes exactly, but there is no chance of reducing the p3 pack as other mso are offering only at this rate. My lco tells me, in dth you won't get all the channels for rs.250.

Sounds like the best pack for most users who dont want English or other Non-Tamil channels. Now we are paying Rs 130 for just 50-55 channels.

Did he say this after your requested him or he himself said this? Is it an SD or a HD STB? VK seems to recently sell HD STB too at this rate due to many LCO's waiting for Arasu to get the free STB.

In VK Website he had pricing infos that said all SD & HD channels (except sun network HD) at Rs 199+tax but LCO's are offering all SD channels at Rs 250 and all SD+HD (except sun network HD) channels at Rs 300.

Our LCO has told us not to get any STB as he can neither refund the amount or replace the STB for free when he changes the MSO which he thinks is imminent before Dec 2017 or even by Aug/Sep 2017.

Though i think the LCO loots the customers by super hiking he packs, i think its still a nice pricing for so many channels. I wish i get all SD channels at Rs 250 and HD channels (except sun network HD) at Rs 300.

This is exactly what happens when they dont have a competition. All LCO form an union and decide how to hike the packages for customers. Hope SCV creates its own LCO's and enables online payments so people pay what is offered by MSO. Let MSO get their due share from MSO and a small maintenance fee (Rs 100 or 150 or 200 per 6 months) from customers.

Whenever there is a power failure in nearby areas the cable service goes down even if we have a backup power but DTH never does that.
