D2H not giving universal remote with HD STB

Yesterday i booked new d2H connection online, within 5 hours engineer come and install the dish and setup the box. the prompt and fast service is really good.
i checked on many sites that universal remote come with videocon d2h, even written on BOX, but they gave me normal remote, when called on customer care, they told that there was many issues reported by customers for universal remote so they stop providing that.
i want to confirm from community friends is this is correct or i got wrong remote?

Same in My Case..
D2H is Not giving Universal Remote...Even i asked the person who come for installation..he confirmed that..D2H is not giving Universal Remote due to issues raised from Customers.
