What does dbr free top up means ,I see some r free along with some amount attached to it ,can any one guide me on this note

If word dbr attached in any topup with word free in price box then that is not free topup bro .. Topup cost will be deduct per day DBR (Daily Burn Rate) basis .. Ex) particular dbr topup cost 30/m means then adtv will deduct 1/day for dbr basis from ur adtv account ..
