Dishtv PROMO Channel Addtions

friends, i made this thread , because
plz use this thread to update about DishTV Promo channel additons
and no need to open a special thread for each addition
since they are only promo channels , they are removed time to time
and team had to close it every time and more such threads will reduce our
focus on main channel additions.
