I have one suggestion bro, Voting should start from 1st date of the month because when you start the voting (25th of the month) many voters voted immediately and then any dth perform well on (26th to 31st of the month) we cant vote them because we already voted for other dth on the performance based till 25th of the month.
I know its our fault we should wait till 31st but you know once voting open then we cant wait till 31st.
So acc to me voting should start from 1st day of the month.
Just an opinion bro. Final decision of the team always accepted

@Sourabh bhai itz already discussed team given the solution as "thread and voting will start on 26th every month but if members want they may vote last day or 1st day every month " .. But this time team accepted ur suggestion means i too #happy ..
