Yes exactly so why poll is valid upto 4 March it should be closed on 28 Feb na?

I already posted about it but dates are diff

For that, voting date should be from 28 to 2 of calendar

We cannot expect all members to vote on last date of the month itself. Sometimes members may not be online and some addition or offer on some DTH may happen in last 2 days or even in last day which needs to be considered for that month. If a member is not online that day and coming online next day, he cannot vote!

Reply will be same for you also bro.. Further, these things were discussed long long ago and we decided this period. But it is on members' hand to vote with valid reason. Out of 100 votes, for example, maximum of 5 votes may be for March month activities which we cannot avoid. But if those members are long term member here and well known to the rules, then they should correct themselves. I understand about new members or rarely visiting members.
