EPG Problem

Can any one of you tell me why does not SUN DTH provide EPG (Electronic Programming Guide) for Bengali Channels ? This is horrible ! Though I like SUN DTH very much but I don't like this thing at all. Please Help. Is it the case with only my Set Top Box or in every Set Top Box the same thing is happening ? Please Help me. I can't get programme updates of Bengali Channels. Other DTHS have EPG for Bengali Channels but why not SUN DTH ? I have used DISH TV. It used to have. Please Tell me.

This problem not bangali channels only.EPG providing some few channels.This problem is not setup box issue.This is sundirect issue.I am many time called cc and complaint the epg issue.But no responce.All sungroup channels programme guide ok.But popular channels programme guide sundirect not providing.Because sundirect competition that channels.

EPG AVAILABLE ONLY=81 CHANNELS
HD CHANNELS=8
EPG AVAILABLE ALL HD CHANNELS.
