Errors of Sun Direct website

Sun Direct website has of lots of errors. They are not corrected in spite of repeated mails to higher authorities. In this thread I shall point out the errors. As soon as any error gets corrected it will be removed from here.

1. In ROI Value Pack one free regional pack available. But that is not present on website.

2. As per website Bengali regional free add on does not include Zee Bangla which is not correct.

3. New channel Sakshi TV not added on website.

4. Old logo of all DD Channels are used on website.

5. Zee Punjab Haryana Himachal is still wrongly mentioned as Zee Punjabi in website.

6. Ten Sports, Ten Action & Ten Cricket added on Value Plus Pack on 2015. But website not updated.

7. Kids channel Hungama TV available on Value Plus Pack but website not updated.

8. Animal Planet available on Value Plus Pack w.e.f. 2015 but website not updated.

9. News Live, Angel TV, Naaptol Tamil, Cine21 & Discovery Tamil wrongly categorised in website.

10. Zee Café wrongly classified as an English movie channel. It should be an English entertainment channel.

These error will mislead to new entry customers while searching what are the channels(News 7 Tamil) available in Sdirect dth :dodgy .. Itz a business tactics :huh ..
