Not official aircel retailer bhai .. You can recharge any neighbor recharge shop only need is aircel retailer sim ..

Well I think it company tactic for retailer commission coz in these days I too check exclusive offer in mobile and recharge via ussd or 3rd party recharge medium only ..

Offer also getting activated in sim .. Don't care abt SOMA hehe:rofl ..
