Well I think it company tactic for retailer commission coz in these days I too check exclusive offer in mobile and recharge via ussd or 3rd party recharge medium only ..

Offer also getting activated in sim .. Don't care abt SOMA hehe:rofl ..

Recharged 7/- from Freecharge (A-A 10P,A-other 30p 28 days)
Recharge successful message came from both End, Freecharge and aircel.
But any benefit didn't credited till yet. Don't know Where my 7/- actually gone...:lol :lol
