Nothing to worry about, these mails are from change.org which is a globally recognised corporation used by most of common people like you and me to empower our voice together.

Where Aarey forest were being cut in Mumbai petition from change.org with millions of digital signatures were presented to the president.

If mails are irritating there is an option to unsubscribe at bottom of the mail, use that to stop these mails.
