Thalaivar - Leader [honorary term] (Head of something; meaning similar to Sarpanch, not position).

I did successfully complete 3 years in this glorious family on 3rd February.

Sorry for quoting your post bro why plates are not in the reception for food it is quite different i know people are eating on leaf in south India but on marriage's and reception's also here its not possible

Bro. Why ask sorry. Here not only in functions, most of hotels using banana leaf. It's main factor neatness. If plate one person used, same use by another person. I don't like eat food in plates in hotel. And the leaves have some medicinal uses also. And main we eat much food in banana leaves. More are there. I tell main factors only.

If reception is buffet, plates are required. If food is served on table, then banana leaf can be used.
