It's their old web page that's why it's not updated. They revamped it few months back & it's fully up-to-date.

is at present HD STB had feature of recording? is recording free or any charge?

It's chargeable but a free topup is also available in self care (don't know it'll continue after 29 Dec or not).

Again LCN 200 has been vacated, looks like some new satellite channel or some info channel to let subscribers know about changes happening from 29th will be added soon. Arsh bro please confirm.

Self Care is working fine except few times in 12-3 AM time band when system undergoes maintenance.

But i have another issue, having 2 conns on a single id but i am unable to add top up on either of them thru SMS mode. Always account id not valid message comes in return despite messaging in correct format and from RTN
