Can someone help me to contact airtel dth tsm. Im from bangalore. I recently upgraded to Airtel xtream box from hd box but im.not satisfied with picture quality. So want to get back hd box. Customer care told me we cant downgrade. Please reply

Contact your dealer for tsm number. Tsm will help to downgrade. I have downgraded to HD on Nov 3rd,due to same reasons.

Ok thanks i email nodal. Which hd setup box did u get? Clarity is now fine for sd and hd channels ? Is there any delay while changing channels? In xtream box sd channels picture quality is bad and there is delay while changing channels.

*Got colcomp HD box, which have yellow UI

*clarity is Okey as other HD stb models.

*No delay while changing channels.
