EPG not available on Sun tv HD ? Airtel must improve on EPG part. It sometime shows wrong EPG or no EPG in some channels. Tata Sky is doing a great job at this.

I got this error. I got airtel home and other airtel channels but other channels show error. I called customer care he said I have to pay 150 / and if my set up box defective I have to pay for new set up box. I am not using my box I select only 153 plan.
