Friends, I am not able to send sms to 54325 from my registered idea mobile number but able to do so with 8880054325 from the same number but not getting any reply.
Why is it so??
Any other number is available?

Bro, I have been struggling for this since 3 months. Some serious problems with Airtel. Btw, isnt 8880054325 only for MTNL/BSNL users?

Earlier when my RMN was a BSNL number I was able to send messages.
Yes that no. Is only for MTNL/BSNL but I gave it a try & message got sent also but no response.

Try the following and tell me what response you get (i.e. if you get a valid response)?
Send INFO to 54325 (should return your package details)
Send BAL to 54325 (should return your current DTH Account Balance)

For me, INFO works, but BAL doesnt. And all ADD TOPUP sms also do not work :cf:

Might be sd channels, let see if there any updates our members will be posted. I don't think about HD additions until new Tp activated.

HD addition will happen after this month only. Most probably colors tamil HD addition might be happening on launch day itself.
