Try the following and tell me what response you get (i.e. if you get a valid response)?
Send INFO to 54325 (should return your package details)
Send BAL to 54325 (should return your current DTH Account Balance)

For me, INFO works, but BAL doesnt. And all ADD TOPUP sms also do not work :cf:

Messages are not getting sent.

Are you sure? I was checking the channel this afternoon for the IND-SA match & was getting a notice for DD Sports channel stating as per govt order, this channel cannot be aired by DTH operators. Their subscribers shd use one of the pvt channels.

Coz WB suddenly removed from Airtel live tv

So just a doubt if airtel put notice banner in that channel or not

If any user having that channel pls confirm
