(I have new ADTV with my HSM ROI my 199plan with Magic HD add-on(Rs.93) along with English HD movies package(Rs.2.7)
I want to downgrade from 199 to 99pack.

Yes you can change your pack during Free Preview Period.

To downgrade pack there is no other option except to Call Customer Care and ask them to change your pack.

In some cases Refund for remaining FREE Period will be given enquire CC if any refund will be provided.

I came to know about Magic AP HD ARP which comes with 840Rs(2.5 months free)

So if I change to Magic AP HD my total package will be reduced to 335/month

Is there any other package which can give all these channels for a more less rental.

My main requirements are Telugu channels,Telugu HD channels, English Movies HD, English News

According to our senior member @Gobinaath bro, this topup only for new connection, not for all. So we can't activate this topup.

I have a new connection taken 15 days back but facing same issue. Error while adding SS1HD & SS1 Hindi HD Free topup.
