I seem to have made a mistake by purchasing multiple connections which has resulted in a costly expense.

Pros:
  1. Internet TV at Rs 5,999.00
  2. Best Picture Quality on all channels.
  3. Signal strength: 68-70. Signal quality: 13.
Cons:
  1. Internet TV offer not available for second or third tv.
  2. Internet TV on second and third tv at Rs 7,999 per TV so multiple tv or any other offer does not apply.
  3. Poor quality remote. Either ADTV supplies poor quality remotes or the technician swapped the original remote.
I believe i should have first got Primary connection then later gone for second and third so could have easily saved Rs 2,580 (Rs 720x2 + 270x4) as now multiple connections are available for free for first 3 months.

Hi, i joined this month and also got secondary/multiple tv connection for Rs 750 with 1 month free period. Now i see offer for free connection with 3 free months (so i've not only paid Rs 750 but also will be paying Rs 540 for the remaining two months which comes to Rs 1,290).

I called CC and they said they have no such offers and only backend sales has so give a miss call to them.

Please suggest me if i have an option to try to get atleast the free months as the connection has already been got at Rs 750 which does not seem refundable.

Thanks.

Any suggestions on my query? Thanks.

Can we activate my plan 99 + Hindi news 40 + MaxHD add on without any regional topup??
You can. Btw are you individually selecting the 4 Hindi channels as alacarte or is it a combined top-up? If combined, what is the top-up code?

It's a combined topup of all Hindi news channels at ₹40. Don't know the topup code but it's available in my Airtel app & self care as Hindi news 1m.
