I did call them yesterday regarding the availability of my plan packs for hd users but that cc guy denied. But then it was dinner time, I was as hungry as wolf and had no energy to argue so hung up.

My opinion on difference between SD and HD stb:

The EPG box in HD looked a little smaller in HD than in SD.
AQ was better in HD stb than in SD STB even for SD channels.
HD stb had HDMI , RCA and optical ports.
HD STB has On demand and wifi and recording capabilities.
PQ in HD channels is mind blowing.
PQ in SD channel in HD STB looked a bit blurred at first in comparison to SD STB but once I adjusted HDMI black level settings on the TV it became same as how it was in SD stb.
