I don't idea that airtel will add pending HD channels

It's a Marathi news channel. You can check it yourself, just search MK news on Jio tv & watch it, it's a Marathi news channel. Earlier MK news was using it's license to telecast Tamil news but now Shalini Plus is running. It's also available on TS, you can check there also.

Service list update happening on random channels when I select that channels

Among them both in Jaya TV & Colors Tamil I noticed Service list update recently and it might be an indication of LCN Change and subsequent HD addition,

Jaya TV HD version is doubtful but Colors Tamil HD might come when HD addition happens and prior to that some LCN changes might happen.

Based on past trends When there is a large number of pending HD Channels bulk addition of HD channels will happen and in that scenario Zee Channels will be on top priority,So All Zee South HD Channels will be surely added pretty sooner than other Network HD channels.
