if your stb is still under warrenty , better call CC and request a technical visit home
if not, just to test it , you can adjust the lnb little bit to see if there is any improvement in signal quality
please do it at your own risk

Today so many channels were stopping and was blank. Don't know what happened. Signal strength was low/red.
