Recommended Packs available on Selfcare are new packs only. On FEB 1st it maybe updated on website.

Why airtel silent bro?

Iam chosen pack in airtel app, they given reference no. Also. But in airtel app not showing my package. Still shows old pack and choose new pack message.
Iam already chosen pack , why shows this message?
I seen in some whare app Showing with new pack details. How can it possible? My app not showing? I heared some old app apk can show pack details! If any one knows that airtel apk , please give link/ apk version!

It will show from February 1. Until that you will have old pack only

Old Pack valid till Jan 31st, on Feb 1st your new pack will be activated. Till then old pack only visible on Website or app

What about Lock Period, Can we change the pack on 2nd feb if any selection mistakes happen?
Is lock period for Any channel /any bouquet is 1 day or 1 month?

Please send me the replay regarding new packs by email as the dead line for implementing the Trai new plan is coming near. So please share your new plan by email as early as possible.

Every time when i send mail regarding new plans you inform as you will share shortly, but until now nothing happened.

Yes, you can change pack after 1day lock-in-period

just called CC,they replying channel locks for 30 days.your balance will deduct for 30 days for that channel.
Is there any info about lock period in TRAI order?
