If i dont take any pack today, Can i change my pack after 2/3 days... means any lock period will be there or i can just changed it tomorrow, then again sunday like this...

As per news paper TRAI stated that "operators may continue ARP packs"

Translation
TRAI cairman Sharma said to DTH operators, if existing ARP user willing to continue the ARP packs, then DTH operators respect their decision , and continue in ARP pack. Don't force to change the pack. If user willing to migrate new pack , then DTH operators refund the amount and change the pack.

Learn new languages. Watch DD Kishan, and more importantly DD Rajyasabha and Loksabha etc. is mandatory to watch to retain Indian citizenship.
