Guys I went to channel 998 and selected my pack,in the end I was asked to scan a qr code which resulted in an automatic text message,the problem is my RTN is a BSNL number and I can't send messages to 54325, anyone got a solution?

I also have the same problem. You need to use the airtel app or airtel selfcare(web) to select your pack. Still a sh#tty move from airtel not giving the ability to send messages from bsnl or jio
