Did anyone's plan changed to new TRAI plan which we have selected earlier and was supposed to be activated by 1st February?

Can anyone suggest what I need to do as my ARP got deactivated on 7 Jan 2019 thereafter I asked CC for changing my baseplan to any low rental plan but they denied and ask me to wait till 1 Feb. Till now I am on Rs 486 Value Prime Royal HD pack. I don't want this pack as its costing me more then I want.

Select your new pack today through channel 998. It may get activated today

I have selected my plan through app today. Do I need to select the plan from channel 998 as well? Or should I wait for some more time?

Try again by selecting channels today. In TS this is the case. Those who're selecting today it's getting activated & those who've selected before it's not yet activated.

By the way, anyone here who's on monthly pack & not selected any channels?

Is it still same or changed to basic pack or channels are unsubscribed?

Wait for few hours. No need to select again or you can contact CC & confirm about it.

bro I am on monthly plan all channels working fine also hd upgrade bonanza pack, i am still little confuse whether the hd upgrade bonanza pack will work after 1 feb or not so as make selection according to that.

Iam on ARP but nothing happened to my plan no changes so far. Finger crossed...Anyone plan changed or not?
