Airtel Self Care Portal Seems Not Working

They changed to best fit plan

So now nothing can be done.
Airtel already said that ARPs activated before Nov 2018 will continue till it's validity & those which were activated after Nov 2018 will be terminated.
When did you took ARP?

Yes, I can see my other mobile accounts, only DTH account is not showing.
