Here people are not taking even a single bouquet & you're talking about all.
By the way, You must've activated the all FTA topup.

Airtel terminated the ARPs taken in Nov & Dec 2018 because those were reintroduced after TRAI's order of discontinuing ARP recharges.
Now there's no benefit of such notices as there's no ARP in airtel's database so they can't provide & no chance of giving back the old ARPs.
