Today I shifted to new plan from my old ARP plan one month before of due date, because wanted to watch Zee Classic. Now Im missing many Channels
Giving 90₹ extra per month but still not getting all Channels of Super Saver Pack .

Now Im able to drop any channel or bouquets from my package through Airtel Thanks app

Simple solution would be, don't change the plan for the users on MYOP plan, whatever amount they recharge!

Exactly. They must add otp or password authentication before changing plans. Such fragile system is of no use. I hope TS is not like airtel in changing plans due to rc amounts.

What is the lock in period of the air tel recommended packs?

Just Noticed One Things Earlier Airtel Service Channel Like Miniplex, Hollywood Diaries, lets dance,comedy galli etc Some have 15 day or Some have 30 Days Lock in Period. Now You Can Deactivated Any Service Channel Anytime From Selfcare and App(Not by SMS) . From Selfcare and App Deactivation There is No Lock In Period.

Earlier too we had this option, airtel deducted 1st month price of monthly top up on upfront basis hence did not matter to them if we dropped the same anytime. Few times i had deactivated myself and asked airtel to refund money for remaining days without any hassle. Also there was always option to chose DBR Top Ups where deduction happened only on per day basis.

Never had issue of lock in period for most top ups or channels in airtel. By the way right now for monthly service channels top ups r they deducting money at one go or like incase of regular channels shifted to daily deduction system?

The channel price is rs. 65. Does trai cap of rs. 19 is not applicable on these kind of channels. No channel should be priced above rs. 19
