Is airtel selfcare working? i couldn't able to add or change the plan , its showing error as " Something just broke.People at airtel are fixing it.

How have disney channels disappeared from star India basic bouquet as previously airtel had signed updated RIO and these were part of SVP Hindi bouquet and now same is not the case. Checked this on app

Hi friends! Anyone knows why Airtel Fun School (LCN 444) , IMusicSpace (LCN 479, 489, 508, 552) and Vedantu Masterclass (LCN 417, 418) r unavailable on Airtel Xstream STB? Any XStream box user getting these?
