Yeah that's due to well knowledged people in Adtv backend .. nobody knows it'll be move or not that Also depends on the same well knowledged people in backend Adtv team hands

The same question asked earlier CC said Vijay music channel covers music as well as movies so we're looking for the right category until or unless it will be under devotional category only

Already tried, but not working.

Buddy the VAS00004 code might not b valid now as that FTA bundle seems to have been discontinued. Try the 02 as ur account falls under ROI category based on location. Also if u have multiple connections under same ID then follow this format Add VAS00002 Customer ID-STB ID (For Example 5※※※※※※※25-001).

001 code for primary stb and 002 for secondary one.... If u have 3 or 4 boxes under same id then confirm stb id with customer care.

If u r unable to add FTA Complimentary Bundle pack thru this method then tweet to airtel presence, they will call and address this issue

There is something called agreement and each operator has to adhere by its terms . Airtel Digital TV or any operator can't simply make changes in LCN order randomly. FYI surely airtel content and backend team have lot better knowledge than me and u where is to place a channel at what point of time and why. Vijay Music launched later and hence it was placed at empty LCN present after DD Podhigai and SVBC 2. Later on they will relaign the channel order and place it next to music channels. If u press the guide button on airtel remote and choose music genre then Vijay Music is listed under it. So this channel has been placed under right in genre in EPG listing, just that LCN slot is away from Tamil Music chs

It has not been placed under devotional category, it is placed under music category....press the guide button on remote and select music genre where u will find Vijay Music.

Also plz add a disclaimer under ur above post that this is answer made by just to poke fun at airtel digital tv that too for no real reason else "some" members will think that this is actual reply of airtel digital tv customer care and come out with more rant against them
