Also airtel digital tv really needs to first start from correcting basic things like shifting channels placed under wrong genre in a-la-carte section to right category/genre and displaying right logo of channel above LCN / channel name information as many channels which r listed under various bouquet or in a-la-carte section seems to have this issue.

They also need to improve on EPG part bro. Sometimes it shows not available or wrong EPG in some channels.

Yes, I too expecting this channel addition from many months.

TURTH- Studio One+ removed by Airtel, So less expectation about Studio Yuva addition in Airtel.

But bro adtv sports channels epg bang on correct it is very helpful for me at least coz Sony sports social media handle speed is like tortoise and that time adtv epg schedule came to rescue me for sports events reminder

Buddy Signing Rio Agreement Doesn't Mean All / Few Pending Channels Will Be Added,,,

It's The Deal Which Decide The Fate Of Channel Launching On Particular Platform,,,,

But @Vadirocks anna, signing of RIO agreement can b a crucial step which increases chances of pending channels launching on airtel digital tv platform. Why i am stating this is bcoz not only new revised bouquet will include all the newly launched channels but both parties can decide upon the slabs/incentive schemes for placement of different channels on the platform. So airtel digital tv can accomodate pending HD channels as well as make certain changes as required to meet the requirements. They would not b able to do the same in an ongoing agreement

Though having said so they may wait for new updated RIO agreement to b signed with other broadcasters, work out new LCN placement order for all channels, implement 4 digit LCN & activate new transponders (if needed) before launching some key pending pay tv channels. Ofcourse FTA channels will continue to b added based on carriage fee deal and some other Pay channels will also b included on platform if it fits in current arrangements or if carriage fee is paid for them

Yes bro. I agree, they are doing a great job on sports channels. I also find it useful. They provide 7 days EPG with correct programme. I am talking about some channels in infotainment, entertainment and movie genre bro which sometimes display wrong programme. Sometimes, some channel's EPG displays "not available". Some Movie channels EPG shows "Movie". We know it is a movie channel and it displays movie. We need the movie name.

Signing RIO Agreement Is Mandatory For Few Things, Particularly LCN Placements Etc, Also It Creats Good Atmosphere Between Parties

But After All The Deal Will Play Crucial Role In Launching All Available Channels From A Particular Broadcasters
