Activated TN retention HD 15 days free top up. No amount has been deducted as it's free but in app showing Rs 1 means Rs 1 will be deducted after free period is over. Rs 1 for next 15 days. don't know the channels available in it.

He said that if one removes the entire Dish, Stand, Brackets and reinstall in a different location in same premises then the charge is Rs.250 and a pair of Connectors cost Rs.100. After 15 mins I got a call from the installer and he said same charges but couldn't clearly explained why he took Rs.150 extra and just kept on giving lame excuses. actually the word is not connector & is jointer..
so the price I gave u was for the former..

Why he took 150, there could be two lame possiblities: he would've purposefully considered the jointer part work to be another service visit or he would've charged u for new cable like u said he used old & new wiring earlier..

If there's still something wrong, check the receipt which he gave u (if u have it) & complain with nodal people if there's any anomaly.. In such cases, action will be taken against service centre..

ask cc or check in site, they'll tell u & pl tell us here also

I already had 2 meter spare wire with me which I gave him to use so no way he could charge me for wire. This extra 150 is what bugging me!

so then check the particulars in receipt & proceed...
 
Bad news for those who've subscribed to any 15 days free Retention top up.. it's chargeable @ 3/- day from 1st day itself acc. to cc

Most likely he's wrong as my validity has not changed after adding it.
 
Cc are not reliable in adtv.
In any case there is any deduction , deactivation procedure should be followed
