is there a way to drop an addon pack other than calling customer care. tired in their website but getting error message. so called customer care number. I am on hold for last 40 minutes. Seriously this is so painful process in airtel.

unicorn bro, maybe you ve tried to remove the top up before the lock in period, may be that's why it's showing error. pls check it. airtel self care is the best way to remove a top up.

My DVR showing Download status as Idle from last 2 or 2.5 hrs hours hya
