to get 8% addiional cashback which mentioned in airtel app, do we have to recharge from my airtel app or any online portal(freecharg/paytm) can be use.

I think only by my airtel app .. Recharge through my airtel app is safe @op without doubt ..

Dont Know abt that Negative comments .. In my experience i always recharge through airtel app only for my account as well as my relative account too 50+ transcations all are sucessfull .. But your account , your money so decision is yours ..

• Note: I posted the word" safe "in my post only for 8% caseback to your adtv account .. Not for security risk is yours ..

I always use Paytm but from last 3 or 4 transactions I am using My Airtel app,it's much faster than Paytm

And I have recharged for Rs.560 twice and got cashback twice although Terms and Conditions says one time per user per month [emoji14] :shy
