TS Transfer has transfer feature(recorded content can be watched on Phone as well)
TS transfer has 3 tuners(3rd yet not activated),While ADTV has 2 Tuners
TS transfer has a Fan for cooling ot incase of overheating,while ADTV DVR doesn't has a fan

Yes and that too with a single wire unlike ADTV DVR which uses 2 wires

3rd tuner not yet active, so you can't record 3 programs at once. Also, only selective content can be streamed to phone, tablet that too will remain available for a limited time.
