It's on weak transpoder so could be signal issue. I am getting it fine. Go to settings>diagnostics and check signal quality.

Signal quality needs to be above 10 or it will surely freeze.

so I need to call customer service and get a tech come down and adjust the dish to fix this ? every other channel is coming fine.

If your sky is clear and the low signal is not due to clouds/weather then you should call CC and have a technician fix it for you.

In another news Airtel testing MyPack HD topups in mboss. You can choose any 4 HD channels for Rs.80/- and any 10 HD channels for 130/-. Similar to prepaid mobile make my pack scheme. Don't know if it will release or just a hidden offer.
