but u can use my airtel app and raise a service request about downgrade ur pack to my plan 99 with tamil add on.
similarly u can use email option also.
both these process take some time.

It takes 6 hrs to 8 hrs thro service request in my airtel app. I ve activated Hollywood HD top up @ Rs 1 last week thro service request only which was not available to activate thro self care/my airtel app.
