Actually in some movies, actors speaks or should I say murmur, no matter how much volume we raise one can't understand a bit about what the heck is he/she saying so its good to have Subtitles.

Almost one month over with my Airtel HD+ connection.
Got South Max HD Max ARP 3M activated from my local distributor who installed my order from snap deal they gave a reminder call and activated South Max HD max ARP at Rs.1132 with some Rs.100 something festive discount.

You nailed the need of subtitles. I got responses on Twitter for asking subtitles. One of the response was "Don't watch it if you can't understand. Don't force subtitles on us". I mean Really???
