pathetic adtv cc service. after changing my base pack,all foc topups removed from my account :damn :angry :wall
earlier i am having telugu 2 foc,tamil 2 foc,kannada 2 foc,malayalam 2 foc,bangla 2 foc in my account. even dd rajya sabha free topup,sunday supr sale englsh news channels offer also deactivated by cc guy :angry
now i totally missed bangla channels

darling why this happen means just a clarification from cc -> two weeks back i enquired abt package change they told now you are in south max (old system package) changed to south my sports pack (New system pack) means already available topup like sss offers , Ten 1 free topup & some language topup will get deact he ask r u ok with this sir .. Straight away i disconnect the call w/o answering him .. So cc didnt deact ur topup darling itz a system process .. Only mistake by cc is he didnt inform this procedure to you :s ..

It's a bad policy. But he can activate 2 free regional add-ons. All bonus addons that we got through offers from app will be lost. Sunday news offer is still on the app for Re.1 again.
