Actually I'm not interested in that lifetime free add on pack. All I want is to remove that lifetime free add on and change base pack to My Plan 99 and keep Max HD ROI & HBO SD. Can I do that online?

Yes bro.. You can keep that. In fact, am using same pack.
But not online.. My Plan activations are done by CC only. Make sure when you downgrade your base pack, there should be gap of 30 days between changing the packs. Though, there isn't any restrictions while upgrading the base pack.
