I ve removed hdmi cable from TV side & stb & reinserted. Before I did so My mom said from that evening no such blank screen problem occurs . it's 3 days now that problem doesn't occurs. Hope it stays away, thanks Optimus bro & Gobinath bro for your advice on solving this issue.

Again this problem started, have to log complaint.

Op bro is not wrong.. Just look at the past 4-5 months how Airtel have actively and consistently not added any channel. What more you can expect bro? You are asking about a new sports channel and there are so many already launched channels in pending list.
