SES 2016 earning report released today has this quote:

Prior to SES-9’s entry into service, SES announced a multi-year, multi-transponder agreement with
Sky Cable, the Philippines’ largest cable TV operator, to deploy a nationwide DTH service. During the course of
2016, SES also continued the expansion of video platforms in South Asia, including agreements with key
existing customers for capacity on SES-9.

Could it be they are referring to Airtel?

Yes. I saw similar statements in 2015 report too. Airtel has invested in 2016 it seems.
