Broadcasters sign different carriage fee agreement for inclusion of channels on diff DTH/MSO. One where channels r included in FTA bundle likely to b costlier while regular carriage must b cheaper. I find that first time arrivals should choose former else situation like Cartoon Network HD on airtel happens sometimes, neither channel available to add thru app, sms or missed call. On App it is unavailable while message/missed call not valid for this channel


Has any1 tried sending mail to TRAI enquiring how operators have signed RIO agreement for certain bouquet but now providing some channels which r part of it. I shared mail id earlier, here it is again
